This page explains the terms and conditions on which we supply dress rental services and photography services listed on our online platform to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them before booking any services. You should understand that by ordering any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You should save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

## 1    Information about us

We, Flying Dresses Kenya, are a company registered in Kenya.

## 2    How the contract is formed between you and us

2.1 After placing a booking, you will receive online notification from us acknowledging that we have received your booking request. Please note that this does not mean that your booking has been accepted. Your booking constitutes an offer to us to rent a dress and book photography services. All bookings are subject to acceptance by us. The contract between us will only be formed when you receive confirmation of your booking and/or when you receive the services.

2.2 The contract will relate only to those services which we have confirmed in the booking confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other services which may have been part of your booking until such services have been confirmed in a separate booking confirmation.

## 3    Your status

3.1 By placing a booking through our site, you warrant that:

      3.1.1 You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;

      3.1.2 You are at least 18 years old; and

      3.1.3 You are not resident in a country where accepting our services would breach any applicable laws in that country.

## 4    Our Services

4.1 Dress Rental: We provide high-quality dresses for rental for photoshoots and special occasions. All dresses remain the property of Flying Dresses Kenya.

4.2 Photography Services: We offer professional photography services to capture your experience in our dresses at various locations in Kenya.

## 5    Booking and Cancellation

5.1 Cancellation Policy: A 72 hours booking notice must be made for planning purposes. 

## 6    Your Obligations

6.1 You agree to:

      6.1.1 Treat our dresses with care and return them in the condition they were received

      6.1.2 Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment

      6.1.3 Follow the guidance of our photographers during the session

## 7    Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

7.1 In case of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule your session.

## 8    Image Rights

8.1 Flying Dresses Kenya reserves the right to use any photographs taken during your session for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

8.2 During the shoot, no phones will be allowed on the set. The only images taken of the dresses will be by the photographer.
